Hi, I'm Ros, I am the founder of Stepping Up Support Services and a Director of Roston Pty Ltd. Working for over 20 years in the community service sector, in aged care nursing (high care dementia) domestic violence and youth work (again high care).

I switched to disability support 3 1/2 years ago in order to continue helping people in the community.

Hi, I am Tony, Director of Roston Pty Ltd.

I've been in this sector for 3 1/2 years and have loved every minute. I enjoy helping people with disability achieve their goals and improve their independence.

I love the outdoors, fishing and cooking.

Hi, I'm Chris, I've been working in the Disability support sector for 2 years. I enjoy helping others achieve their goals. I have a keen interest in music, watching the NRL(go Sharkies), tech, si-fi, gaming and anime.

Hi, I'm John, I've been working in disability for 3 years, mainly with high behavior. I love to assist participants achieve their goals in their own way, in their own time. I enjoy the outdoors, fishing and camping etc and cruising in my classic car.
